Cross Country Halloween Hackin’
We have only been back on the road for a week and we have made more divots than we can count. This year we made a personal commitment to hit up some of the golf courses we continually drive pass. Jason and I both played in High School and since, have played less and less every year (our score cards prove it). Not this time around!
We kicked off our new commitment with a Halloween Cross Country Scramble in Cloudcroft, New Mexico.
My (nikki) aunt and uncle live in the area and willingly took us on as team members. Halloween is hands down my family’s favorite holiday. We’ve won more than one decorating and costume contest over the years. So, to say we get into the Halloween spirit would be an understatement. But, a Halloween Cross Country Scramble? Now that is something new!
You will just have to watch the video because really, there is no way I could describe the devilish things that went on.
I know it’s hard to tell, but we had a witchin’ good time! A big thanks to The Lodge Resort for allowing us to participate and not charging us for the damage we caused to the greens!
