Valentines Day Chocolate and Beer with Rogue Brewery

We go for a different kind of Valentines Day indulgence…chocolate and beer!

Rogue brewery in Portland Oregon has been pairing these two treats together for years now.  We love both chocolate and beer, so we had to join in!

World-renowned beer writer Fred Eckhardt is our host for the event and we find out how he started pairing beer and chocolate.  It’s not the explanation you would expect.  Fred is in his mid 80’s and he’s doin’ it right.  Enjoy….and by the way Happy Valentine’s Day!
